Diia Launches Paid Multisharing for Businesses

Ukraine’s digital public services platform Diia is taking its first major step toward monetization. According to an announcement on its official Telegram channel, Starting June 1, the platform will offer a paid multi-sharing service for businesses.

  • The new integration allows businesses to receive a full set of documents from clients — digitally and seamlessly, without photocopies, email attachments, or paperwork errors.
  • How it work:
    • A client clicks a button or scans a QR code using the Diia app.
    • They choose which documents to send.
    • The request is authenticated using Diia.Signature.
  • The service is paid for businesses but remains free for individual users sending their documents.

«All digital copies of the required documents are sent immediately without any extra requests. Clients don’t have to scan or send anything one by one — everything is transferred through Diia with just a few clicks. It’s fast, convenient, and eliminates the risk of errors or forgery,» the announcement explains.

Multisharing works even if not all documents are available: the system sends what’s accessible and notifies the recipient about any missing files.

  • To enable this service, companies must integrate with Diia. Technical documentation and pricing details are available via the @AiDiiaStartBot on Telegram or on Diia’s official website.
  • The platform also highlights which companies have already adopted its services. Early adopters include banks like PrivatBank, Monobank, and FUIB, mobile operators Kyivstar and Vodafone, as well as private-sector players such as Nova Poshta, Vchasno, Uklon, MOYO, and many others. State-owned giants like Ukrzaliznytsia and DTEK are also among the first users.
  • In total, more than 20,000 businesses and government agencies are currently using Diia’s integrations, according to the platform’s website.
  • This move follows a statement by Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov at DOU Day 2025, where he confirmed that Diia began monetizing in May. The platform is expected to report its first revenue results in June, with plans to eventually spin off Diia into a standalone company
