Qinshift and Avenga Unite Under a Single Brand, Reveal Fresh Identity

The Ukrainian office of Avenga has informed Scroll.media about a major global update: Qinshift and Avenga are now officially united under a single brand.

That brand is Avenga, and it comes with a refreshed identity (pictured above). The rebranding includes a redesigned website, updated communications, and a unified visual system.

This change marks the next phase in the transformation following the 2024 merger. It aims to reflect the already established way of working — integrated teams, shared leadership, and a common purpose.

Helping our customers solve real business problems through the effective use of technology.

Today, Avenga brings together more than 6,000 professionals across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. The Ukrainian division alone employs about 1,000 specialists, according to the company.

With increasing demand for precise, scalable, and efficient solutions, Avenga delivers custom software development paired with AI consulting, machine learning, and predictive analytics. These capabilities help clients optimize operations, embrace data-driven decision-making, and create personalized customer experiences.

Avenga operates across multiple sectors — finance, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, and life sciences — and offers deep industry knowledge alongside robust services in digital platforms, AI strategy, cloud modernization, and managed services.

In the coming months, the company plans to further grow its presence in key markets and deepen its expertise in data, AI-first transformation, and digital engineering.

Avenga is part of the KKCG Group, which also includes:

  • Allwyn – an international lottery operator
  • MND Group – a global producer and supplier of traditional and renewable energy
  • ARICOMA and Avenga – providers of integrated IT services and software development
  • KKCG Real Estate Group

In a high-profile move, Avenga recently became a partner of the McLaren Formula 1 team. Currently, both McLaren drivers are leading the individual standings, and the team holds the top position in the Constructors’ Cup — with an impressive near double-digit lead over its closest rivals. This is a smart move in branding and alignment.
