The Ukrainian division of Infopulse has officially changed its name to Tietoevry Create Ukraine LLC as part of a broader rebranding and integration into the global Tietoevry Create structure. According to DOU, the process was completed in May 2025.

• Ukrainian Infopulse is now fully part of Tietoevry Create, a business unit of the international IT group Tietoevry. The move comes as part of a new operating model announced by Tietoevry in 2024, aimed at unifying its global structure under a single brand.
• Starting this May, Infopulse Ukraine and Infopulse Brazil have been legally renamed Tietoevry Create Ukraine LLC and Tietoevry Create Brazil Ltda.
• In Ukraine, a single development hub — Delivery Center Ukraine — will now operate, comprising two legal entities: Tietoevry Create Ukraine and Tieto Ukraine Support Services.
• The center will be led by Oleksandr Kolotynets, formerly Head of Delivery Operations Ukraine at Infopulse Ukraine.
• Integration efforts are ongoing in Poland, Bulgaria, and Germany, with complete alignment expected in the coming months.
• The company is also updating its visual identity across social media, career platforms, and physical office spaces.

Infopulse was founded in 1991 and acquired by Norwegian company EDB in 2007. Through a series of transformations and mergers in 2010 and 2019, the company ultimately became part of Tietoevry. Today, Tietoevry Create operates as a key unit within the broader Tietoevry group, which specializes in software and digital services.

According to the 2024 annual report, Tietoevry employs 22,941 people and has a presence in 90 countries. Its 2024 revenue reached €2.802 billion — the lowest since 2020. Tietoevry is publicly traded on the Helsinki Stock Exchange under the ticker TIETO.HE, with shares priced just under €16, down from a five-year high of €30.
